Mark Shaiken had an outstanding career in bankruptcy law, practicing in 5 states over the course of 38 years. He has been a partner at a large bankruptcy firm before becoming an author and writing two books with a third one on the way. Other than law and writing, Mark is also a photographer who is an editor and founder of an internet magazine that offers periodic photography and insight articles. Judge Delbert Gee has a legal career that spans over 40 years, 19 of which he served as a judge. He tells the story of how his parents met and came to the United States, how he went straight to college from high school, and straight to law school from college, majoring in Political Science from Davis and graduating from Santa Clara University School Of Law. After being a Deputy District Attorney for Ventura County, Judge Gee spent years working as a civil attorney focusing on litigation for San Francisco law firms before being appointed to the bench. Charly knew she wanted to be a lawyer since the 4th grade. Having grown in an area inside the Mojave desert, she put herself through San Diego State University and majored in political science with a minor in sociology before joining the Berkeley School of Law. Despite having a hard time adjusting in law school, she has found her calling as a Deputy District Attorney, and is part of a sexual assault unit that handles everything from charging to jury trial.
